Game Master - Alchemic Dream is looking for Game Masters (GM) to manage events, NPC and public relations in a persistent world. Applicants must be fluent in English. Knowledge of the German language is an added value. Passion for MMOG, strong written communication and customer service skills, strong organizational and time management skills and professionalism are requirements. Previous experience as a GM is a plus but not required, scheduling flexibility is also a plus.
Support Representative - Alchemic Dream is looking for Customer Support Representatives to assist customers with their issues. Applicants must be fluent in English. Knowledge of German, Japanese or Korean language is an added value. Strong written and oral communication and customer service skills, strong organizational and time management skills and professionalism are requirements. Previous experience as a Customer Support Representative is a plus but not required, scheduling flexibility is also a plus.
