Alchemic Dream is looking for Customer Support Representatives to assist customer with their issues. Applicants must be fluent in English. Knowledge of German, Japanese or Korean language is an added value. Strong written and oral communication and customer service skills, strong organizational and time management skills and professionalism are requirements. Previous experience as a Customer Support Representative is a plus but not required, scheduling flexibility is also a plus.

This position is a work at home position with a permanent job contract.

• Have a broadband internet connection and a good computer (able to run new MMOGs)
